IoT devices' security flaws make it simple for attackers to take advantage of them and incorporate them into a botnet. As a result, in such situations, proper, effective, and efficient attack detection and mitigation approaches are required. This demonstrates how IoT networks and devices are becoming more vulnerable and susceptible. According to recent research, the increasing adoption of IoT devices has in turn increased network threats since there are more possible attack surfaces. The number of Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices has significantly expanded as a result of the growing reliance on the Internet and the associated rise in connectivity demand. The device's performance is compared to one of the best-selling fingertip pulse oximeters, which is advised for use at home and in clinical settings. The device is controlled by a Raspberry Pi and employs a simple pulse sensor. This prompts the construction of an IoT enabled pulse rate monitoring system to continually follow the patient anywhere and provide better care for them whenever and however they need it. Continuous monitoring of the human heart, the strongest muscle in the body and the size of a fist, using intrusive sensors aids in early identification and prompt anticipation of essential therapy. According to a research study, CVD affects the population of emerging nations like India with an age range of 30 to 60. The most prevalent cause of mortality worldwide is attributed to cardiovascular disorders (CVD). By utilizing IoT in the healthcare industry, everyone would have timely access to high-quality healthcare at an affordable price. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a collection of networking, computing, storage, and analytics technologies that transform human existence in all ways through its applications and make it as intelligent as possible. Because COVID-19 has become an unheard-of pandemic due to its widespread transmission, it is crucial to keep an eye on the patient's saturation point oxygen level when they are at risk for adverse drug reactions. A pulse oximeter is used to determine a person's oxygen level, which reveals what percentage of the blood's oxygen-carrying molecules is really transporting oxygen. Preliminary factors for monitoring a person's health include SpO2 and BPM. Humans have recently come to understand the significance of vital markers like heart rate and oxygen saturation. The field of IoT agriculture has certain open research issues have been mentioned. The key elements of IoT-based smart farming are explained. The article covers a wide range of technological elements related to IoT in agriculture. Solutions built on the Internet of Things are being created to autonomously manage and monitor agricultural fields with the least amount of human participation. The IoT is an innovative technology that offers practical and dependable answers for the modernization of several fields. We go through the fundamental ideas behind IoT technologies, networks, and protocols used in agriculture, as well as IoT solutions and applications for smart farming. In this work, we conduct a review of recent studies on the use of IoT and UAV technologies in agriculture. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and the Internet of Things (IoT) are two popular technologies used in agricultural sectors that are transforming conventional farming techniques into a new era of precision agriculture. This system will be more useful in areas where there is scarcity of water. The farmer is notified with the information regarding field condition through mobile periodically. The irrigation will be automated when the moisture and temperature of the field is reduced. The data received from sensors are sent to server database using wireless transmission. Sensor is used to take sensor reading like soil moisture, temperature, air moisture and decision making is controlled by user (farmer) by using NodeMCU. The irrigation system, which works based on the latest IoT technology to reduce the wastage of water and it also reduces manual work to irrigate the crops. IOT plays an important role in many fields. Internet of Things (IoT) is a milestone in the evolution of technology. These outdated techniques have to be replaced with automated techniques. Farmers are using traditional methods of irrigation for farming and a large amount of water is getting wasted due to these methods. Irrigation plays an important role for development in food production.
